Does double click not work? This usually relates to an option you or your administrator has made to not display pictures. That option will do as you mention.
Some administrators will have set the never display, others will have it necessary for you to double click on the box or right click.How do i view mail attachment's ie coupons etc all i get is a blank square w/little square in top left corner?
You must reload Internet browser and if this not work reload the window repair session. You will get all features.
