first call them up and ask them what there rack rate is...this is going to be there cheapest rate and ask them what kind of discounts they accept and what kind they are offering. then hang up and call them back and advd them that you were told a certain rate with certain discounts on the rack rate. then when they say no just tell them you would like to stay at there htl b/c you like best westerns and if they cannot assist you you will to the htl down the street b/c they are offering cheaper rates...also when you call them be sure to ask if theres any events going on
